
Our Story
Growing up in Paris, France, one develops an instinctive affinity for French taste and savors as well as the artistic look of French food. When the idea to open a French creperie came up, the owner asked his Mom for her crepe recipe. Of course, the crepe didn't match his memory of her delicious crepes. So he tinkered with ingredients & proportions until he found the taste of the crepes of his childhood.
And now it's your turn to enjoy delicious crepes.

Unlike many places where crepes are pre-made, each crepe we cook is made to order. So it takes a little longer but... the freshness, tastiness and quality of our crepes are unbeatable.

Making a crepe is more art than science.
Although the recipe is always the same, each crepe is unique as the environment changes. Indeed, many forces influence the making of each crepe: outside temperature, fridge temperature, temperature of the crepe maker, consistency of the crepe batter, the exact time each crepe cooks....

So what makes a crepe wonderful?
Half of the magic is the recipe and cooking.
The other half is the quality of the products filling the crepe.
